  • Using the Services for cryptocurrency mining without explicit written permission.

  • Operating open proxies, torrent trackers, or similar services that consume excessive network resources.

  • Any activity that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

• Uni-Datacenter reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in Uni-Datacenter's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Services and terminating the accounts of such violators.

5. Payment Terms and Billing

 

• Pricing: All prices for Services are listed on the Website and are subject to change without prior notice. All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

• Billing Cycles: Services are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) as selected by you during the purchase process.

• All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

• Force Majeure: Uni-Datacenter shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of any part of these Terms by reason of any cause beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, riots, wars, hostility, revolution, civil commotion, strikes, power failure, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Uni-Datacenter.
